Kim Chappell cut her teeth at the beloved Bread Workshop in Berkeley, CA, and then moved on to Oakland's famed Montclair Baking and Firebrand Artisan Breads. After learning Caribbean cooking in south Florida and Jamaica, she returned to the Bay Area and further honed her skills as catering chef for the ambrosial Cuisine Etc. Kim now happily sharpens her knives and skills at Wanderfish Poke, where she slices and dices beautiful fish for famished Seattleites.
