My first cooking school was my home, where I learned traditional healthy meals from my mother. I am inspired by cooking with all natural ingredients, and of course from scratch.

I am an independent chef. I have worked in many Indian restaurants and catered for private functions in the Bellevue and Redmond area.

I excel in cuisine from Nepal, Tibet, India, and its subcontinent. I love to cook a variety of curries with different flavor profiles.
