Congee (pronounced con-jee) is a rice porridge dish popular in many Asian countries. The salt and spice of kimchi is a great addition to the blank canvas of the congee. I've topped this with Korean Chili Pork that which takes this dish to an entirely new level. I call this flavor on flavor on flavor. This dish will light up your palette!
