Aloo Gobi is a delicious medley of cauliflower and potatoes stir fried with ginger-garlic paste and Indian spices. It's a popular veggie dish that is made at most North Indian and Pakistani homes. I serve this dish with a thick stew of whole pink lentils, naan and fresh salad for some crunch. Happy, healthy eating!
