A lifetime cook, I use flavors from my experience cooking in Tel-Aviv to influence my food today. I'm currently a personal chef, and I love sharing my food with clients.
This is a Sephardic treat! Something my grandma always had ready for me when I was there. The main item is the Boreka. They come in different shapes and sizes and fillings. These ones are my grandmas beef and rice recipe, with a little of my own twist. The hard boiled egg and salad are traditional accompaniments to this delicious main attraction.
