Very good. The coleslaw and tater salad were also great!

My initial impression was the meat was going to be dry and why were they cut so thick. After eating my sandwich, I was wrong...meat was super tender, and the portion size was just right. :-)

it would've been nice to have corn bread as an option instead of buns. we had a ton of leftover buns.

The brisket was OFF THA HOOK!! Didn't need even a little bit of seasoning or sauce. Just melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness.

Should have been cut a bit thinner as it went very fast due to the size of the portions
