We had never had buttermilk pie before -- very rich and decadent. It almost has the flavor/texture of a pecan pie, minus the nuts. Very good! We would order again.

The filling of this pie was incredible!!! I only gave 4 stars because the store-bought crust was terrible. This pie deserves better. The filling is so sugary sweet you need a good flakey crust to balance it out.Sadly this is not what you get. The crust was horrible.

So much sweeter, it had crystallized. A good buttermilk pie doesn't need that much sweeter.
