Tart and creamy, this cheesecake is inspired by the classic lemony cheesecake. Instead of fresh lemons, calamansi takes front stage. The Calamansi, also known as the Calamondin orange, is mainly cultivated in the Philippines, and is a small fruit which looks similar to a lime and descends from the mandarin orange. Our calamansi cheesecake sits on top of a coconut butter biscuit crust and swirled with a mango puree. We hand make each cheesecake in small batches, using quality ingredients, and never freezing them to ensure you receive the freshest taste every time.
