Ube, also known as purple yam is a vegetable from the South Pacific commonly found in Philippine desserts. Our cheesecake is flavored with ube and paired with a coconut butter biscuit crust. We hand make each cheesecake in small batches, using quality ingredients, and never freezing them to ensure you receive the freshest taste every time.
