Chicken breast cooked in a sauce of tomatoes, ginger, garlic, traditional spices & green chilies garnished with fresh cilantro and ginger. Naan and rice make perfect sides for the chicken doused with the thick sauce. Chef Nasreen also includes a small portion of cucumber and tomato salad to balance out the dish.

Chicken Karahi is one of the most cherished and popular northern Pakistani dish. This dish gets its name from the vessel, a karahi (wok) in which it is prepared. Chicken karahi is stir-fried in the wok on high heat and intensely flavored with ginger and green chillies.

I really liked this dish. Initially when I saw the portion size I thought it was too small but once the meat is combined with the rice (which I didn't know was included, but was glad to discover) it filled out the meal better. This could benefit from more sauce on the side, because if you combine the meat with rice at the start, the rice soaks up lot of the sauce up and it ended up being a little too dry. But other than that it was a great meal. (Oh and garlic naan would be awesome!)

This was so delicious and spicy! I loved every bite and there was none left!! The Naan was perfect to help balance the heat but also to eat every last bit of the thick sauce. I would order again and again.
