Description

Chicken is cooked in a thick fragrant sauce that consists of yogurt, dried onion and spices. Served with a side of delicious spiced potatoes and naan. Chef Nasreen also includes a small portion of cucumber and tomato salad on the side to balance out the dish.

Chicken Korma is an admired traditional Mughlai dish that can be tracked back to the 16th century and it's still popular in modern day India and Pakistan. The blend of freshly ground spices combined with yogurt that is kept below curdling temperature is incorporated slowly with the meat juices to give its distinct aroma and flavors.

4 stars is for the taste of the chicken and the potatoes - yummy! But the chopped veggies were not a salad, but a condiment in a tiny container. That was disappointing, as in addition to the potatoes and naan, there was also rice (not mentioned in the description), which made for a very carb-heavy meal.

nice heat, and taste. I wish you would have what goes with what. I always order two dishes and what side dishes go with what main dishes are not noted
