Indonesian version of chicken noodle soup, with broth brightened by turmeric and aromatic herbs, topped with melinjo cracker and served with a side of Perkedel (Indonesian style of potato croquette).

  • ⓞ Oven 375F, 4-8 min (croquettes only)
  • ⓜ Microwave 2-3 min (soup), 1 min (croquettes, chicken)
  • Preferred: soup on stovetop (med), pour over heated ingredients
  • Heat croquettes in oven, serve on side

Pretty good dish but the fried chips were slightly bitter and and chicken was a little dry. Broth was tasty.

Soup has good flavor. Chicken is a bit dry. All white breast meat. I would have preferred less chicken and more noodles and vegetables

Just not good. Chips were bitter, chicken was dry, broth was spicy, noodles were tough. Overall fail.
