Traditionally inspired Vietnamese vermicelli bowl, also called Bun. Rice vermicelli noodles are topped with mixed greens, herbs, cucumber, jalapenoes, pickled carrots and daikon and lemon garlic marinated grilled chicken. Served with a honey and lime soy sauce dressing, sambal chili paste, and saute chili sauce.
