Rosario Carver loves diverse and delicious food! Born and raised in Manila, Rosario grew up in a family full of passionate cooks. She moved to Seattle with her familiy and continues the tradition. In addition to her thriving catering business, Rosario and her husband John bring culinary delights inspired from Bicol, Phillipines to diners throughout the region.
A delicious selection of Filipino favorites! Tofu adobo is stewed with coconut cream and fragrant lemongrass, bay leaves, garlic and Thai chilis. Served with steamed rice, Pancit (stir-fried glass noodles with veggies seasoned with calamansi juice) ,and Lumpiang Hubad (sauteed vegetables).

Great flavor and perfect portion size of tofu! Looking at leftovers, we could have gotten away with ~20% less of the noodles, veggies, and rice.
