Our build-your-own version of a traditional banh mi, or Vietnamese sandwich. Served on a traditional baguette, with tofu, mayonnaise and traditional veggies and pickles. Sambal chili paste and sate chili sauces to take it up a notch!

Tofu marinated / flavor was great! Even the meat eaters liked it :)
