The idea for Macrina Bakery & Cafe existed long before we opened our doors. The seed was planted while Leslie Mackie was in cooking school and continued to take root throughout her early restaurant career and during her travels.
Our cinnamon rolls start with our cornetto dough, which has over a dozen buttery layers that give it that delicious tenderness. We roll the dough with cinnamon, brown sugar and butter. Topped with a silky smooth not-too-sweet cream cheese glaze, then packaged individually for your enjoyment!
