Fresh and delicious papaya salad with tamarind-pepper tofu, pickled daikon, carrots and onions, dressed with a bright vinaigrette.
Tamarind-Black Pepper glazed tofu (tofu, tamarind paste, black pepper, brown sugar, garlic, GF soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt)
papaya salad (green papaya, pickled carrots, daikon and onions (carrots, daikon, onion, vinegar, sugar, salt), mint, basil, cilantro, vinaigrette (vinegar, salt, sugar))
Nothing bad to say here except that we had too much today! Traffic seemed light after the big rush and I bet we hit 1/2 - 2/3rds of our #s. Had a lot of noodles and way too much carrots & daiko & papaya salad, We had 3 full trays of each and they were packed and we needed 3 1/2 trays. We could have cut the noodles in half too.
Refreshing and love the basil added. it was a great taste!
