A vegetarian twist of a traditional Thanksgiving meal! Quinoa and mushrrom stuffed winter squash is served with sour cream mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts with spiced ginger brown butter, stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce. Finished off with pumpkin pie.
