Description

Our build-your-own version of a traditional banh mi, or Vietnamese sandwich, but vegan! Served on a traditional baguette, with tofu, vegan mayonnaise and traditional veggies and pickles. Add some sambal chili paste to take it up a notch!

Ingredients

baguette (unbleached flour, yeast, salt and sugar), maggi sauce (soy sauce, sugar, vinegar), pickled carrots & daikon (carrots, daikon, vinegar, sugar, salt), tofu (tamarind paste, black pepper, brown sugar, garlic, GF soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt), jalapenos, cucumber, cilantro, vegan mayonnaise (expeller-pressed canola oil, distilled vinegar, sugar, salt, spice, modified food starch, pea protein, lemon, calcium disodium EDTA as preservative), sambal chili paste (chili, salt, vinegar)
