A traditionally inspired Vietnamese rice bowl, or Com, loaded with mixed greens, pickled carrots and daikon, cucumber, fresh herbs, jalapenos and topped with tamarind-black pepper marinated tofu. Served with a vegan lime and soy sauce dressing. If you're looking a lighter meal, make it into a salad!
