My culinary journey began at the age of five when my mother told me, "if you are so hungry, go make something to eat!" Ever since, I have been drawn to the kitchen.

Description

This hearty dish is great for a hungry belly. The spice of the andouille sausage and the hearty mix of rice, broth, and veggies is a comforting treat.

The creole jambalaya has its origin in the Spanish Paella and has influences of French and Spanish cultures. I have prepared my grandmothers version that I grew up eating. Give it a try. I assure you, you won't regret it.

Ingredients

andouille sausage, rice, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, shrimp, garlic, chicken stock

Shrimp was delicious and seemed high-quality and fresh. Sauce was very good. A bit too much rice.
