This delicious vegan dish is made with garlic braised kale, sauteed tofu, roasted mushrooms, and caramelized onions, all arranged on a bed of brown rice. Served with sautéed green beans and a refreshing lemon wedge. Hearty and delightful.

This was a good vegetarian dish. The only negative was that the green beans didnt seem quite fresh. They were light green and soggy.

Only okay. Green beans were a bit overcooked and the mushrooms dry and hard. My kids who typically love mushrooms would not even eat them.
