This delicious vegan dish is made with garlic braised kale, sauteed tofu, roasted mushrooms, and caramelized onions, all arranged on a bed of brown rice. Served with sautéed green beans and a refreshing lemon wedge. Hearty and delightful.

Feels really healthy. I put Tamari on mine for a little more flavor.
This was a good vegetarian dish. The only negative was that the green beans didnt seem quite fresh. They were light green and soggy.
