Really good! Fruit tarts are my favorite dessert, and this one did not disappoint. The crust was more like a sugar cookie than the typical shortbread, which was refreshing. I don't think it needed the secret (spoiler alert) chocolate layer.

Everything a good fruit tart should have: flaky, light crust, good pastry cream, ample fruit. Will definitely be a repeat orderer of this dessert.
