Traditional Vietnamese Bun Ga Nuong at its best! Lemongrass-marinated chicken, pickled daikon and carrot, cucumber, and a mix of fresh herbs are set upon a bed of fresh rice vermicelli noodles and chopped green leaf lettuce. Finishing this dish is a side of nuoc cham sauce, rich with savory and sour flavors.

Completely cleaned this one out as well!
This was delicious, but we ran out of greens less than half way through. We should have been given double the amount of leafy greens.
