These meatballs are made with local, heritage breed, pastured, hazelnut-fed, single-animal ground pork. In short, they are not only delicious but made from top-notch, happy meat. Flavored with ginger and cilantro, they are served on some vitamin-rich bok choy and accompanied by a cabbage slaw, seasoned with sesame oil and coconut aminos, a healthy alternative to soy sauce. A dairy free yogurt sauce on the side to dip.

Although the picture shows 4 meatballs, we only received 3. The food was tasty, but we could have used that 4th meatball!

Per husband: Meatballs reminded him of the filling a won tons (won ton soup). Shows four meatballs, but only got three. Would rather have two bok choy and less slaw.
