Great winter day entree, warm and satisfying! Wish it had just a little more veg/sauce, but still great!

Nice flavor profile. The corn and nuts work well texturally. My only quip would be to have the meat or toppings in a separate container so the rice and adding remain 'untainted' till consumption (they are on top, and a separate container means more waste, but just saying).

The Chinese sausage was my favorite part of this dish. Would most likely order again.

The congee was amazing! only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars because I had to spend some time picking out chicken skin. please remove the chicken skin next time! Thank you :)

Flavor was excellent. But chicken pieces were too fatty. Ugh.
