Flank steak is a lean and flavorful cut of beef that transforms with the right marinade. I've thinly cut the steak and grilled it on high heat. I enjoy it with a classic Mexican combination. A favorite with my friends and family!

This was delicious overall-but the flank steak was just seared. Unless you like meat very rare it requires additional grilling.

Really enjoyed the flank steak. It was cooked medium-rare. The beans were super flavorful.
