Also the perfect amount of food. And very tasty. We like arugula. Someone suggested adding dandelion greens as well.

This was by far the favorite of everyone. People said they liked it even without the dressing the vegetables were just so flavorful especially the arugula! But the vegan dressing was also really good!

Today's menu wasn't a huge hit with the crew. We also had a ton of left overs - maybe cause they didn't love it? I thought the food tasted good. Just not a hit with the team.
