Chef Katie brings a refreshing country touch to the team. I look forward to her meals. However I didn't think that the strata travelled well. I expected more of a
custard texture with more cheese. I wouldn't have added the croutons to the very bready dish.
tastes great...no visually appealing. bits of bread thrown on top. looks like it was tipped upside down
