Description

Handmade sheets of dough nestled between roasted cremini mushrooms, eggplant, scratch-made ricotta and grated parmesan. Served with my own marinara, and a side of broccoli.

After opening the box and seeing a tiny, 3x3 inch square of lasagna and a few florets of broccoli for $17 bucks (regardless of what Cuoco is able to charge), I was set on leaving a rant. But oh man, this is INSANELY delicious.

It's clear this is homemade - the pasta is light and chewy. The homemade ricotta is delicate and exceptionally flavorful, with a perfectly balanced tomato sauce. Also, the cheeses involved hold up well in the heating process.

Steamed broccoli is nothing special, but it comes with a (I think) fresh ricotta-based sauce that also packs a ton of flavor. Just so good.

Would definitely order this again, even with the high cost involved and the small portion.

After 15 minutes in oven the center was still cool. Thd noodles were a bit underdone. Overall, underwhelming.
