Hawaiian plate lunch with a Seattle twist. The espresso rubbed pork shoulder is sweet and savory and gives coffee lovers that nice, familiar roasted coffee aroma. Served atop brown rice, it is complemented by a sweet pickle slaw and macaroni salad to create a balanced meal that hit all areas of the tongue.

If you love Hawaiian food, you will be pleased with this dinner.
