This mixture is all tossed in a savory fish sauce lime dressing with toasted rice powder. Served with lettuce and jasmine rice. I really liked it. The only that I thought was a negative was that the dish was too salty.
A bit heavy on the fish sauce, and no instructions on what to do with the powder but overall quite delicious.
