A chicken leg quarter is rubbed with traditional Jamaican jerk spices, then marinated and grilled. Served alongside Jamaican "rice and peas", a classic side dish of rice and kidney beans, southern-style veggies with a Jamaican flare, and accompanied by an authentic homemade Jamaican sauce.
