A traditional and very popular slow-cooked beef recipe from the subcontinent. Made with whole garam masala to give it a unique rich flavor. Served with Zeera rice and naan. Chef Nasreen also includes a small portion of cucumber and tomato salad to balance out the dish.

a bit too spicy, but delicious otherwise.
Very good! The Masala was very spicy, which was fine for us, but others, if not warned, ,might have found it a little overpowering.
