Authentic Nepalese style, fenugreek-infused chicken curry with turmeric rice. The chicken is marinated overnight, then prepared with ginger, garlic, onions, tomatoes and my own ground spices, for a true taste of my homeland of Jhapa, in eastern Nepal. Served with a side of curried roasted squash, cauliflower and bell pepper.

  • ⓞ Oven 350F, 12-15 min
  • ⓜ Microwave 2-3 min
  • Sprinkle rice with 1 tsp of water before heating
  • Heat covered

The vegetables in text and in picture were not the vegetables included in the dish that was delivered. Those veggies are ones that my husband doesn't like. Doing a bait and switch is not cool at all.

It was great tasting, although it seemed to be a really small serving. A few extra veg and a tiny bit more rice would have made it feel complete.

There's no way this only takes 6 minutes at 350 to warm up. At 15 minutes at 375 still not completely warm.
