Authentic Nepalese style, fenugreek-infused chicken curry with turmeric rice. The chicken is marinated overnight, then prepared with ginger, garlic, onions, tomatoes and my own ground spices, for a true taste of my homeland of Jhapa, in eastern Nepal. Served with a side of curried roasted squash, cauliflower and bell pepper.
