A vegetarian version of the classic Chinese dish Mapo Tofu, which brings forth the complex-fiery flavors of the Sichuan Province - spicy, numbing, and delicious. Served with a side of Chinese vegetables and steamed jasmine rice.

  • ⓞ Oven 350F, 10-15 min
  • ⓜ Microwave 2-3 min
  • Sprinkle 1 tbsp water on rice before heating
  • Heat covered
  • Add scallions after heating
