Poblanos are slowly tumbled and roasted to perfection, then steamed, before being blended with pepper jack and cheddar cheese and seasoned with touches from Chef's Private Box and enveloped in masa. Served with fragrant orange rice, creamy refried beans, and a duo of red and green salsas.
