This is a delicious seasonal dish with healthy fresh ingredients. I season this hash with garlic, cumin, and herbs.
hash (seasonal squash, yam, onion, pickled red onion, scallion, olive oil, red and green bell peppers, garlic, cumin, lemon juice), polenta (cornmeal, herbs, chili flake), seasonal vegetables (seasonal vegetables, oil, salt, pepper), roasted potatoes (potato, canola oil, spices)
Vegetarians loved this one!
We only received one half pan of this and then several half pans of plain steamed vegetables and one half pan of just polenta. The hash was a big hit but the other dishes were said to be pretty bland.
