Wow what flavor. Polenta was not tasteless, I was worried it would be.
The Hash had great flavor strength.

Good flavor. But veggies were over cooked a bit and the yams or squash were mashed. Not what I was expecting but still good overall.

The acidity of the onions balances really well with the sweet squash. Polenta left something to be desired, works fine as the base for the dish but didn't contribute that much to me.

This was absolutely delicious. Would only have been better without green peppers which my stomach doesn't like. However, they do add a flavor that is great!
