Description

Our version of a traditional banh mi, or Vietnamese sandwich. Served on a traditional banh mi baguette, with house made pate, mayonnaise and traditional veggies and pickles. Add some sambal chili paste to take it up a notch!

Ingredients

baguette (unbleached flour, yeast, salt and sugar), maggi sauce (soy sauce, sugar, vinegar), pickled carrots & daikon (carrots, daikon, vinegar, sugar, salt), pork loin (lemongrass, honey, soy sauce, fish sauce, thick soy sauce, hoisin sauce, caramel sauce, thick soy sauce, black pepper, brown sugar, garlic, orange juice, lemon juice, salt, sesame oil), jalapenos, cucumber, cilantro, pate (chicken liver, bread, milk, onions, butter, brandy, pepper, salt), mayonnaise (canola, eggs, lemon juice, salt), sambal chili paste (chili, salt, vinegar)
