Rice vermicelli noodles are topped with mixed greens, herbs, cucumber, jalapenos, pickled carrots and daikon and honey-lemongrass marinated grilled pork shoulder. Served with a sweet and sour Vietnamese fish sauce dressing and sambal chili paste.
