Traditionally inspired Vietnamese vermicelli bowl, also called Bun. Rice vermicelli noodles are topped with mixed greens, herbs, cucumber, jalapenoes, pickled carrots and daikon and honey-lemongrass marinated grilled pork shoulder. Served with a sweet and sour Vietnamese fish sauce dressing.
