Vindaloo is an Indian curry dish popular in the region of Goa. The name Vindaloo is derived from the Portuguese dish Carne de Vinha d'alhos, a dish made with pork marinated in wine and garlic. The Portuguese dish evolved into Vindaloo with the addition of vinegar, red Kashmiri chilies, and Indian spices. Served with basmati rice and curried vegetables.

I've had this before and I may have been even better this time--if I were at an Indian restaurant it would not have been any better. Nice and hot!
