Very flavorful and well balanced. Enjoyed the arugula and fennel salad as well the dressing was light and refreshing.

I wish I could give half stars because really this is 4.5 stars. The flavor of the filling was really very good but the heating method suggested (microwave) resulted in soggy puff pastry- never a good thing. Might want to keep this dish to oven heating only.
