Description

Bacon, potatoes, red peppers and a seafood medley of shrimp, fish, and bay scallops are simmered in an intensely flavored coconut-curry fish stock. This chowder really showcases the bounty of Northwest seafood in a deliciously interesting way. Accompanying this dish is a side of jasmine rice and a generous helping of fresh cilantro.

Solid. Use a radiant oven, not a microwave. Mine needed a bit of salt... Great overall! Esp. w/ Blackberry Blue Pecan Pancetta Salad!
