Sate Lilit is a traditional dish from Bali, the term "Lilit" means "to wrap around" as oppose to skewered. The chicken is ground and mixed with seasoning then wrapped around bamboo stick. It's usually served with a drizzle of sweet soy sauce.

I really enjoyed this version of chicken satay. The tomatoes were very fresh, too.
