A delicious one pot meal made with basmati rice and shrimps. Cooked in shrimp stalk and traditional spices to give it a rich flavor. Served with fresh yogurt raita. This is a popular weeknight dinner meal with my family.

Loved this. It was a bit spicier than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise! Not too spicy though, just right.

Nicely spicy and great flavor. Shrimp could have been slightly less well-done since I reheated in a standard oven.
