Description
A mix of ground beef and mild italian sausage wrapped in bacon and smoked over applewood, topped with my signature spice rub and homemade BBQ sauce. Served with a side of macaroni and cheese, a creamy blend of cheddar, colby jack, and parmesan cheeses and a side salad of spring greens and spinach with balsamic vinaigrette. A homemade cheddar biscuit and a side of BBQ sauce accompany the dish.
