The ribs are great. The muffin is a little tough. And the macroni and cheese is very good, but sticks together a bit too much. I would order again.
This was quite good. The spare ribs were juicy and tender and the mac and cheese delicious. I gave it 4 stars because the biscuit was very small and about as thick as a slice of bread and the BBQ sauce was watery and too sweet, which was counter to the lovely just slightly sweet but tangy coating on the ribs. This is the most expensive dish on the menu, so I thought the biscuit should be more generous and similar to the picture and the sauce as good as what the chef coated the ribs in.
