At first I was shocked at the price of this when I saw the box. I mean, the salad is just plain chopped romaine with 6 slices of radish on it and a small cup of pistacios! So how could you charge $15??! Then I ate some of the smoked turkey. OMG! Delicious and moist! And the smoke flavor! Best smoked turkey I have ever had. There were two small pieces of inedible grissely ends, but the rest was heaven! Not to say you shouldn't improve the salad at this price for me to want to order this again--but the turkey itself may bring me back! Incredible!
The turkey has a nice smoked flavor, though it was dry, and the cheese and pistachios are a great addition. There was too much mint, and it was very expensive for a dish that is mostly composed of a few small slices of turkey and some romaine lettuce.
