Oven toasted and freshly cracked spices are rubbed onto locally grown Carlton Farms pork tenderloin, then carefully grilled to perfection. Served with Yukon potatoes, garbanzo beans and grilled broccoli, a side of au jus, and topped with a sweet and tangy charred pear relish.

Delicious MOIST roast pork tenderloin with lots of garbanzo beans and vegies. The pear relish is wonderful--but the dish requires twice as much as they give you. But even so, this is a wonderful, lean, low fat, high protein meal!
Generous portions. Everythimg was cooked just right, and was very tasty.
