A traditionally inspired Vietnamese rice bowl, or Com, loaded with mixed greens, pickled carrots, onions and daikon, cucumber, fresh herbs, jalapenos and topped with orange-ginger marinated grilled USDA Choice eye of round steak. If you're looking a lighter meal, make it into a salad!
